The primary aim for this procedure is to monthly inspect Freezer/Cooler units, Fire Extinguishers, Emergency Eye Wash Stations, Equipment Batteries, Scrubber, Gates/Fencing and Rack Inspection for conditions and defects that could cause injury. The goal is to proactively control and eliminate active threats to get your workers and other people out of harm's way.

The primary aim for this procedure is to monthly inspect Freezer/Cooler units, Fire Extinguishers, Emergency Eye Wash Stations, Equipment Batteries, Scrubber, Gates/Fencing and Rack Inspection for conditions and defects that could cause injury. Freezer/Cooler Units
All hardware is in good/working condition
All electrical connections/wall switches/pull cords in good working condition
Door seals in good condition
Door track rollers in good working condition
Inspect for ice build up on and around doors
Fire Extinguishers
All fire extinguishers gauges read green
Emergency Exit Lights
All emergency exit lights are working properly
Stop Alarms
All stop alarms are working properly
Emergency Eye Wash Stations
All stations are clean
Stations are working properly
Signage is clearly visible
Solution is clean and up to fill line
Equipment Batteries
Water all equipment batteries
Scrubber
Filter is clear of clogs and damage
Inside of scrubber is flushed out
Hose is flushed and free of clogs/blockages
Squeegee blades are clean and free of damage
Gates/Fencing
All gates are lubricated and working properly
All fencing is in good condition with no damage
Rack Inspection
Review all uprights and crossbeams looking for any structural damage or any impact to structural integrity.
Confirm all lock pins are in place through the single select racking.
Confirm all uprights are bolted to the floor and no loose bolts are present.
Report details of any findings that need addressed
