Wash Books

• You cannot sell multiple wash books in a sale that has today's wash in it. IF you try to then the 2nd, 3rd, 4th, etc. wash books will not generate extra instant prepaids for the 7th wash.

• Reminder: If a customer is getting a wash today, & you want to sell MORE THAN ONE wash book, THEN you must OPEN A NEW SALE without a wash service.

• When scanning B4G3 books, look for the discount or kickback items in the sale before tendering. Sometimes it is necessary to open a new sale if the discount or kickback is not present.

• B4G3 has two kickbacks, +1, and +2

• If the same wash as the wash book is in the sale, a discount will come in along with the +2 kickback.

• If you're ever having issues, delete the items from the sale, select the wash first, and then scan the book.

Cards

• The B4G3 sellers for cards can be found on the cashier screens next to the Prepaid Card Lookup.

• Pick the wash type the customer wants and scan the card. If they would like more credits on the same card, they will have to be added in separate sales.
