Setting up a FastPass for a New Customer

Step 1

• Grab a FastPass and take note of the number on the tag.

Setting up on your terminal.

• 1) First thing that we need to do is navigate to the FastPass tab and open up a new sale.

• 2) Navigate to the FastPass Tab

• 3) Open a new sale

• 4) When on the FastPass tab, press Fast Pass Tag #.

• 5) You can also scan the FastPass to enter it into the sale at this point.

• Press the Fasspass Tag # button.

• Enter in the # from the tag you grabbed, and press enter.

• After you have pressed enter, you can confirm that the new tag is assigned to the lase by verifying the tag number that has appeared in the top left corner of the screen.

Entering Customer Information

• Navigate to the customer tab

• Begin to ask the customer for some key information. (Note: ALL OF THESE FIELDS ARE REQUIRED.)

• First name, Last name, Email, Phone Number, and Vehicle Information-Year, make, model, color.

• IF the customer doesn't want to give any of this information, please explain to them that it is necessary to ensure that the unlimited plan works correctly. We need ACCURATE information, or we cannot move forward with the plan.

Sell the Unlimited Plan

• Navigate back to the FastPass tab.

• Click the Express FP Lookup.

• Select the plan that the customer wants, and press enter.

• Swipe the customer's card and they should be good to go.

Final Notes

• The customer should get a free wash for that day with their Unlimited Plan so make sure they are aware of that.

• The most important part of signing anyone up is getting accurate customer information. Please make sure to get all the info needed.
