This document goes over specifically how to add a new message to a service ticket for a fleet account's wash service. Other applications could include adding a new detail or wash service to the service ticket.

Steps

1) Open Site Manager
2) Go to Setup -> Peripheral Management System -> Messages

3) Filter the editor ( Ctrl+F )

Look for the following- Name: Svc and Message section: CustomMessage07
You now see the full list of messages that can be printed on the service ticket.

Look for the following- Name: Svc and Message section: CustomMessage07

You now see the full list of messages that can be printed on the service ticket.

4) Sort by Message Order by clicking the column header.

5) Right click and duplicate any of the messages.

Setup the item as follows- Name: Svc Tkt- XXXX YYY (where XXXX is the account # and YYY is the service type.

~Example for account 1234's supreme full-service wash: Svc Tkt- 1234 SUP

Message Section: CustomMessage07

Message Order: ZZZ Where ZZZ is the maximum message order of the visible items in the editor.

Use Message: If

Condition: Hasltem

Item Name: -> Input the exact name of the item belonging to the account.

~For Example, if we were creating a message for account 1234's supreme full-service wash, it would be 1234-$0 Supreme FS.

If True Go: Leave Blank

Message: Enter the wash type in a format similar to the item you duplicated from.

NOTE:

DO NOT remove the {TL}{FW}{FB}{FZ(14)} or {FZ(12)}{TL}{FN} from the message. It helps make sure that the font stays in the right format.

6) Double check your changes and Save.
