How to Add Family plans to Washify

Remember:

• * Up to 3 additional vehicles

• * Each additional vehicle will be signed up on the same wash plan as the owner of the original plan.

• * Products: Platinum- Family plan, Carnauba Wax- Family Plan, Polish & Shine- Family Plan

How to sign up a new vehicle customer on existing customer.

• 1) Locate the Existing customer account.

7) Click Unlimited Recurring

• A) Find the family unlimited plan that matches the customer's plan.

• B) Example: If John Smith has a Platinum unlimited plan, you then want to choose Platinum- Family Plan for their family members.

• C) If it asks for a credit card, the person doesn't have an active account and needs to purchase one before beginning a family plan.
