RO System Pre-Filter Element Replacement

Below are the steps to replace the pre-filter element. This task is to be done by a qualified Mechanic.

Inspection List:

Pre-Filter Element Replacement

Shut off RO System and Pumps
Turn Off Main Supply Valve
Open Vent Valve (Release the Housing Pressure, and Open Drain Valve)
Remove Top of Filter Housing (Wing Nut and Plate)
Discard Element (Pre-Filter Housing)
Install New Element (Pre-Filter Housing)
Reassemble the Pre-Filter Housing
Turn On Manual Supply Valve (Vent the Air)
Turn the RO Unit On and Check for Pre-Filter Leaks
