Inventory Transfer Proceedure

A proper inventory management system is also vital to reducing your downtime. If you order the right parts at the right time for your preventive maintenance work and keep only your most critical inventory on hand, your technicians always have what they need to get work done and keep your assets running.

    Step 1:

    Verify that the part that you are transferring exists in both Organizations CO/AZ.

    if the answer is "oneOf [Part does exist in both organizations]"
    if the answer is "oneOf [Part does not exist in other organization]"
    if the answer is "oneOf [Part does exist in both organizations but they look different]"

    Step #2

    Add parts to the Transfer work order
