This is for the routine daily check of pump performance and condition.
Pump Inspection
Performing preventive maintenance prolongs the life of your equipment, reduces downtime, decreases reactive maintenance requests, helps you manage compliance and inspection needs, and prevents costly emergency repairs from occurring.
Inspection of all fluid levels: Engine oil, coolant, Power steering, Hydraulic, Brake fluid
All lights including flashing lights
Reverse beeper working
UHF Radio working
First Aid kit in the truck
Emergency stop buttons working
Tyres wheel nut indicators (moved/loosened) properly inflated and in roadworthy condition
Air blower has a relief valve - clean & unblocked
Fire extinguisher charged and in current test date
No obvious signs of oil leaks to any components
All controls clearly labelled, marked & operating correctly
Clamps are in good condition
Hopper grill in good condition- no cracks or broken grills
Rubber hoses in good condition - including hose tail ends
Inspect pipe sections for obvious damage, obvious wear & identification markings - check pipe brackets are in
Grease boom
Grease underbody of truck - including universal joints, king pins & s-cams (inside the rear axle tyres - look for grease nipples)
