How to troubleshoot XStation barcode scanner

Steps

• 1) Close down the Xstation profile.

• A) Hit Windows Key and close the xstation

• 2) Open the EZConfig application

6) At this point you should have the settings page pulled up. From here you want to click "Device setting" Then scroll to the "Trigger mode plug and plays codes"

• A) In this section you should see a some "send command" buttons

• B) What you want to look for it "Streaming Presentation -mobile Phone" and click the button a few times to ensure we are sending the command.

• C) After, close the browser (X on the top right)

• D) You'll have one last pop up that says "Are you sure you want to leave this page?" Click "Leave this page"
