CHECK THE BOX FOR VISUAL DAMAGE BEFORE OPENING, TAKE PICTURES OF ANY BOX DAMAGE FOUND AND ATTACH PICTURES OF DAMAGE TO CARDBOARD OR FOAM TO THE WORK ORDER - INDICATE DAMAGES BELOW
OPEN THE BOX AND REMOVE MACHINE FROM BOX, ASSES THE OUTSIDE OF THE MACHINE FOR VISUAL DAMAGE - Record any machine damage below - inspect anodized parts and conveyor cover for scratches to glass
