How it works

STEP 1:

Connect with your dedicated account representative to understand your existing workflows and objectives for integrating MaintainX and Oracle NetSuite.

STEP 2:

To fully understand the scope of the integration, a MaintainX integration consultant will meet with your IT team and key stakeholders that you’d like to include. Example topics to explore are: Requirements, constraints, deliverables, cost, and timing. This information and the cost will be documented in a statement of work for your review.

STEP 3:

If you decide to move forward with this integration, your MaintainX integration consultant will configure the integration alongside your IT team and Oracle administrators. This will be done in a sandbox environment that will not affect your daily operations or live instances of MaintainX or Oracle.

STEP 4:

Test the integration with your team. Start developing internal training material to set your users up for success.

STEP 5:

MaintainX and your ERP are now in sync. Keep track of your parts inventory across multiple sites, and save time by automating your purchase orders, approval, and fulfillment workflows.
