This inspection checklist is intended to assist the medical cannabidiol dispensary in becoming operational. . It also contains information that the Office of Medical Cannabidiol will monitor for regulatory compliance as the dispensary continues operations.

    GENERAL REQUIREMENTS

    All Medical Marijuana (MMJ) facilities must be pre-approved for a Business License before applying for a construction or tenant improvement permit.

      In addition to this Checklist, a fully completed Development Services Permit Application and project plans shall be submitted to the Long Beach Development Permit Center. All sheet(s) of the plan(s) shall be stamped and signed by a professional engineer or architect before submittal.
