• Smoke and carbon monoxide detectors

• Fire alarm and its batteries

Windows, Doors, and Walls:

• The locks of all the opening

HVAC system and water heater:

• Water heater sediment removal twice a year

• HVAC filter removal every three month

For any leaks or corrosion

Shower and toilets

• Seal and refresh by caulking

Basement

• Moist and foundation control
