Please follow the below instructions. If you have any issues please contact your supervisor on shift. A pre-shift inspection is designed to help prevent potential safety issues that could be caused by malfunctioning or damaged equipment.

    This form is to be completed before every shift on-boarding.

    Check you have the equipment accessory's and it is in a working order?
