COUNTERS (no crumbs or spills)
FURNITURE (properly placed, free of debris & dust)
CLOSETS (items organized, able to be easily opened & closed)
WALLS/CEILING (no stains or damages)
CLUTTER (can use unit, furniture, & appliances w/out impediment)
AIR QUALITY (no offensive odors)
GARABGE (properly contained & disposed)
VERMIN/PEST (no evidence of insects, rodents, etc)
MOLD/MILDEW (no presence of mold or mildew)
EXITS/EGRESS (windows & doors open properly, are not blocked)
