Ensure air pressure settings are correct, check filters monthly
Calibrate over range of temps with GMH 3710
Check the condition of top geometries and bottom plates 8mm, 25mm
BBR
Ensure air pressure settings are correct and no moisture in the line, ck. filter
Change liquid in the bath as needed
Water baths
Change water in bath every month
Check water level
Oil/Water Vis Bath
Change mineral oil/water as needed
Check position of the thermometers
RV
Clean equipment monthly from debris
Vacuum Regulator
Inspect vacuum tubing
RTFO Ovens
Clean the oven and oil chain yearly
Verify that the air outlet is in the proper distance from the bottles
Check level of rack carriage and bushing bi-annually
General Oven
Clean the oven racks as needed
PAV
Check leads to ensure they are secure
Clean air filters
Check level of vessels
Ductility Bath anc Chiller
Change water in ductilometer as needed
Oil ductilometer bearings with light oil
Saybolt/Paddle Viscometers
Check cleanliness of machines
Desiccant Air Dryers
Inspect and regenerate desiccant monthly
Glass Cleaning Oven
Oil blower bearings every 6 mos.
Clean catalyst tray (empty oven)
Change Lab AC/Heat Filters
