Lennox HS29 (6, 7.5, 10, 15 & 20 tons): Maintenance

A−Outdoor Unit

• Clean and inspect condenser coil (Coil may be flushed with water hose).

• Visually inspect all connecting lines, joints and coils for evidence of oil leaks.

• Condenser fan motor is prelubricated and sealed. No further lubrication is needed.

• Check wiring for loose connections

• Check for correct voltage at unit (unit operating).

B−Indoor Unit

• Clean or change filter if necessary.

• Clean coil if necessary.

• Check connecting lines and coil for leaks.

• Check condensate line and clean if necessary

• Adjust blower speed for cooling. The pressure drop over the coil should be measured to determine the cor
  rect blower CFM. Refer to unit information service manual for pressure drop tables and procedure.

• On belt drive blowers, check belt for wear and proper tension. Check pulleys for wear. Anything less than a true "V" should be replaced.

• Check wiring for loose connections.

• Check for correct voltage at unit (unit operating).

• Check amp−draw on blower motor. Unit nameplate______ Actual______ .
