Work Request Checklist

Follow this procedure to ensure inspection of possible maintenance issues, safety hazards and cleanliness of work area.

    Check for any new maintenance issues: The technician should conduct a quick visual inspection of the surrounding area to see if any new maintenance issues have arisen since their last visit, such as leaking pipes, broken fixtures, or other issues.

    Check for any safety hazards: The technician should be aware of any potential safety hazards, such as loose tiles, frayed electrical cords, or exposed wires, and should take appropriate action to address any issues they identify.

    Check for cleanliness: The technician should assess the general cleanliness of the facility and take appropriate action to address any issues, such as picking up litter or debris or wiping down surfaces.
