Maintenance Safety Procedures (Procedures, Lockout Tagout)
Maintenance Log on site and up to date
Five year load test
NDT Report for haul, counterweight and/or track rope (see DSO 184/03 & 185/03 (BM Lifts)
Wire Rope Log on site and up to date
Splice Certificate
NDT Report for chair/gondola,/tram cabin hangers and grips
OPERATION DOCUMENTATION
TSSA Incident Reporting Training & Documents
Personnel Training (operators, attendants, and emergency evacuation staff)
Operations Manual up to date and available (Operation, Evacuation, & Hazardous Objects or Material)
