Ongoing pallet wrapper maintenance is critical and ensures safe operation, optimal performance, and longevity of your machine.

    All hazardous energy has been isolated using LOTO procedures?

    All potential stored or residual energy has been relieved, disconnected, restrained, lowered, and/or otherwise rendered safe?

    Lock Out Tag Out

    Oil all four linear bearings on cross seal assembly

    Grease all fittings on system

    Clean and reapply a light coat of grease on cams in scrap wind up system.

    Inspect Chain on Rotary Actuator for proper tension

    Check oil in motor gearboxes. add as necessary.
