Change cab air filters

• Remove covers (A) on both sides

• Remove filter cartridges (B) on both sides

• Clean housings of dust

• Install new filters and replace covers

Change cab recirculation filters

• Remove rear cover

• Remove recirculation air filters on both sides

• Clean housing of dust and debris

• Install new filters and replace cover

Change the secondary engine air cleaner

• Open cover and remove primary engine air filter

• Remove secondary engine air filter

• Clean air filter housing

• Replace both air filter elements

Change OCV filter

• Remove lid of OCV filter housing

• Remove filter cartridge

• Clean the housing and lid

• Install new filter cartridge and tighten lid

Change oil in MFWD hubs

• Turn wheel so drain plug is pointing straight down

• Remove the drain plug and drain hub oil

Change oil in MFWD hubs

• Turn the wheel 90 degrees so OIL LEVEL line is horizontal

• Fill hub with Hy-Gard until oil is level with bore

• Torque drain/level plug to 66ft-lbs

• Repeat process for opposite side

MFWD axle oil change

• Remove drain plug and drain MFWD axle oil

• Replace o-ring on drain plug and drain into suitable container

• Reinstall drain plug and torque to 66 ft-lbs

MFWD axle oil change

• Remove filler/level plug

• Fill axle until oil escapes level plug

• Replace o-ring on level plug and torque to 66 ft-lbs

Drain transmission/hydraulic oil

• Lower all implements to the ground

• Remove drain plugs (A) and (B) and drain oil into a suitable container

• After draining oil reinstall drain plugs and torque to 37 ft-lbs

• Clean suction screen while oil is drained

Clean suction screen and fill with hydraulic oil

• Remove screws (B) and suction line (C)

• Remove suction screen (D) and O-ring (E)

• Remove screws (F) and detach flange (G)

• Remove intake screen (I) and O-ring (H)

• Clean suction screens with brake clean and replace if necessary

• Install new O-rings and reinstall all removed parts

• Fill machine with hydraulic oil

• Run engine and operate a few hydraulic functions

• Shut machine off and allow oil to settle for 10-15 minutes

• Check hydraulic oil level and fill as necessary

Replace DEF filter

• Remove DEF dosing unit cover (A)

• Remove DEF dosing unit filter with provided tool

• Install new filter element

• Install DEF dosing unit cover and torque to 204 in-lbs

Check engine drive belt

Change engine oil filter

• Remove engine oil filter

• Clean mounting surface

• If necessary, replace the dust seal on filter mounting surface. Ensure that the lugs on the dust seal engage in the recesses in the mounting surface of the element

• Apply a thin film of oil to the sealing rings of filter

• Hand tighten engine oil filter

Change engine oil

• Remove drain screw (A)

• Drain engine oil into suitable container

• Re-install oil drain screw and tighten to 37 ft-lbs, use a new sealing washer

• Fill crankcase with 15W-40 (6.2 gallons)

• Check oil level on dipstick

• Run engine and check for oil leaks at filter base and drain plug

• Shut off engine and allow oil to settle for a few minutes

• Check oil level again and top off as necessary

Check coolant level and condition

• Remove coolant reservoir cap

• Test coolant condition and freeze point, record in box below

• Top off coolant as necessary

Replace transmission filter

• Unscrew filter

• Coat seals with oil

• Run engine for a few minutes

• Shut off engine and allow oil to settle for 10-15 minutes, then check oil level and top off if necessary

Replace hydraulic oil filter

• Unscrew filter

• Coat seals with oil

• Run engine for a few minutes

• Shut off engine and allow oil to settle for 10-15 minutes, then check oil level and top off if necessary
