Arc Welder

Follow this procedure to ensure arc welder is regularly inspected and cleaned to help maintain equipment in goof working condition.

Before each use: Check for loose hardware

Before each use: Check for misalignment or binding of moving parts

Before each use: Check for damaged cord/electrical wiring

Before each use: Check for frayed or damaged cables

Before each use: Check for cracked or broken parts

Before each use; Check for any other condition which may affect its safe operation

As Needed: clean dust, dirt, grease from the welder

After every use: Clean and store in a clean dry location sealed in a plastic bag

Every 6 Months: Have a qualified technician blow dust from the interior
