Check the Brake & Clutch with 90 degree test
Check the tension on "V" belts. (VISUAL)
A slack V belt feels dead when you thump it with your hand. A proper V-Belt has an alive springiness. Don't Tighten Belts too tight as this will cause undue stretch to the belt and increase the load on the bearings.
Is the coolant system operational (VISUAL)
Check to see if Lubrication points are receiving proper Lubrication & Check Press Oil Level
Is the Sensor for the Decoiler in Right position?
Is the Bottom clean out plug in air separator clean
