Properly maintained applicators will not only save unwanted downtime and headaches, but they will also ensure better crimp quality.
Check all motors for visual wear and operational wear
Inspect all motor cabling for damage or fraying
Inspect all drive belts for wear and tear (replace if necessary)
Inspect pulleys and chains (grease as necessary)
Visual inspect all glands and waterproof seals for fraying
Check bearings and pneumatics on film mandrels
Inspect all film rollers and ensure free moving
Visually inspect fin wheel electrical brushes for wear
