Battery. At appropriate level and all connections are good.
Belts & Hoses. Secure with no damage
Brake & Clutch Fluid. At appropriate level and free of leaks
Engine Oil & Coolants. At appropriate level and free of leaks
Windscreen Washer Fluid. At appropriate level and free of leaks
Vehicle Body. Clear of any cracks, bends, dents, etc
Licence Plate, Warning Decals & Flags. Clear and visible.
Wheels. Tyres fully inflated and in good condition.
Spare Tyre. Present, fully inflated and in good condition
Fire Extinguisher. Full and tagged
First Aid Kit. Fully equipped
Cab Interior. Clean and tidy.
Seats and Seat Belts. Secure with no damage
Windows. Clear and free from damage.
Engine. Runs Smooth and sounds correct.
Hand Brake. Strong and will hold on incline.
Gauges. working correctly.
Horn and reversing Beeper. Easily Audible.
Radio/Communications. Working and easily audible.
Lights and Indicators. Bright and visible
Air Conditioning. Effective on both hot and cold.
Wipers and Sprays. Working correctly.
Brakes. smooth and responsive.
Steering. Smooth and Responsive.
