This procedure ensures all necessary tasks are completed systematically to secure the facility, safeguard assets, and comply with legal and environmental regulations.

    Leave a note on the late shift log for things that need to be done by the early morning shift.

    Which Hot Oil Pumps are running? 27, 28, or 29?

    Vegas Heater Hot Oil Pump free of leaks/defects

    Which Hot Oil Pumps are running? 30, 31, 32, 33, or 34?

    R/O Big Heater Hot Oil Pump free of leaks/defects

    Check Tanks Temps & Levels, adjust H/O valves @ Tank if needed (Allow for expansion)

    Physically inspect all Product Tank valves are closed
