Check DP across Lube Oil Filters for LeRoi Compressor. (How many PSI difference)
Feed Compressor Oil Level @ V-3102
Check DP gauge @ V-3102
Check DP gauge @ V-3101 (if >3 replacement is required)
Check DP gauge @ V-3121 (if >3 replacement is required)
Check DP @ Coalescent Gauge #1 (If DP > 6, replace)
Check DP @ Coalescent Gauge #2 (H2S Vessel, If DP > 6, replace)
Check DP @ Coalescent Gauge #3 (H2S Vessel, If DP > 6, replace
Listen for Squeeking coming from Cooling Fan
Check Instrument Gas PSI @ Tank
Check Cal Gas and Carrier Gas @ GC
Check the PRE-FILTER and AFTER-FILTER elements on the Xebec dryer. If measurement is 3-4 psi differential the element needs to be changed.
Trailer Currenlty Being Filled @ what PSI?
Current Oil Level in JW Sweet Oil Tank. Was any added? If so how many gallons?
Was Blow Down Tank emptied today?
If Blow Down Tank was emptied how many gallons was removed?
Check DP @ Oil Filter on JW.
