Daily Startup Checklist - Finishing

Use this procedure for the daily inspection of your equipment before operation startup. This helps people stay more organized, ensuring they will not skip any critical step in the process.

    Contact material handler immediately to set-up a master roll before shift start-up

    All finished good and blemished material removed? Is table and top of roll exit organized? Is micrometer and tape measure in their holder? Are measurements being recorded in the Quality Checksheet?

    All scrap on pallets, full pallets of scrap removed, and table clean/organized? Tools (micrometer & tape measure) in their holder and Quality Checksheet's being used?

    Contact material handler immediately to set-up a master roll before shift start-up

    All pallets and trim bins in their correct squares and removed if full? Nonconforming tiles moved to the huddle area for review? Tools (micrometer & tape measure) in their holder and Quality Checksheet's being used?

    Contact material handler immediately to set-up a master roll before shift start-up

    Tools (micrometer & tape measure) in their holder and Quality Checksheet's being used? Swept up and organized?
