One of the 4 units is set out of parameters with the others. Remedy: check all 4 units settings. General setting should be - Mode: Auto, Fan: Auto summer temperature should be around 72 winter should be around 74/76 in shoulder months let's set the kitchens off unless occupied. If the above steps do not resolve the problem, reset the entire unit by turning all units off in rooms. Proceed to the breaker panel in and turn the breakers off for A/C unit and wait 5 min before turning the breaker back on. Once the breaker is on turn on the units with the correct setting’s units can take up to 5 min to begin cooling or heating. Unit leaking Ask the occupant to place towels under the unit and turn the unit to fan only or off till maintenance can look at the unit. If leak stops they can return the unit to cool and make minor adjustments to temperature no more than 2 degrees per hour starting at 76 degrees.
