Valley Refrigeration PM Inspection

The main purpose of preventative maintenance is to ensure that all necessary equipment for maintenance is production is always to carry out its efficient work.

    Clean MUA burners and switch to winter mode.

    Ensure all units function in heat mode and cool mode

    Check blower wheels for proper operation.

    Check all unit motor bearings and fan bearings; lubricate if required.

    Replace all unit belts as necessary; ensure 2-3 spare belts are stored in each unit.
