Weekly Scirocco Inspection
Regularly inspecting your Scirocco is key to having a fully functional vehicle for years to come. This procedure can help you maintain your vehicle and avoid unnecessary costs.
Visual Check on all belting for any cuts, tears and wear
Check operation of all sensors on the line
Check all bearings
Visually inspect for loose or frayed wiring, moisture in panel
Check to make sure plug-in connectors are tight and secured
Test all alarms on machine, sirens, beacons etc
Verify full functionality of HMI touch screen
Verify all safety circuit devices are fully operational
Ensure all covers and protective devices are in place
Inspect all pneumatics to ensure full operation
Visual inspection of fin wheels
Visual inspection of all lamps and operator push buttons
Grease crimper assembly
Inspect crimper knife and replace if necessary
Record measurement on 1st sealing wheel
Record measurement on 2nd sealing wheel
Record measurement on 3rd sealing wheel
Record measurement on 4th sealing wheel
