SOP Master Template
This template is to be used for developing standard operating procedures (SOP's) in MaintainX. After completing this download the document and add it to the drive (so that that work is only done once). This description should include the, "What is the purpose of this document" and "What is the process".
1. What problem are we trying to solve? This should be a text field. Example: How to handle out of service electrical or manual out of service pallet trucks.
2. Assessment of problem? This should be a checklist. Example: Identifying underlying factors of the problem you are trying to solve.
3. Identify the equipment, supplies & tools required. This should be a checklist.
4. Process for fixing the problem. This should be a text field. Using a numbering system and bullet points.
