PM Sure Sort Weekly

Preventive maintenance is the act of performing regularly scheduled maintenance activities to help prevent unexpected failures in the future.

Blow off any debris from induct belt

Blow off any debris from height and length check belt

Blow off debris from the two scanner belts

Blow off any debris from the bot load belt

Clean induct sensor , scanner sensor and bot load sensor

Remove the door in the middle of this pic , the under belt camera is located under the belts.

Once door is removed locat camera and lift up on lens cover to remove it. Wipe with a soft cloth , no chemicals please.

Lense cover

While inside enclosure vacuum the area where camera is located.Do not use air to blow out this area as it could damage electronic parts in the enclosure.

Next blow out the bot docking station. Pull out dot removal/insertion tray and blow it out. There is a relay board on left side of enclosure blow it off as well as long as there is no water in the air. ( accomplish this from a distance , do not use compressed air for up close direct air ). Inspect bots in charging rack ( look for skewed bots in charging area ) if any look like there is an issue remove them so they can be checked for correct phasing of the drive wheels.

Check inside machine for debri ( labels , glasses ,cases etc ) and remove

Visually inspect all gates on top and bottom of bot Track for damaged gates or cracked gates

0nce you have completed all the above , make sure all e-stops and door safety are all working properly. Visually inspect each for physical damage and operation. There are 6 e-stops and two door switches to check

Press each e-stop and go back to HMI and reset. Verify on screen that each alarm is displayed.
