Stretch toned up connective tissue
#4 Mobilize
Increase range of motion at joint
#5 Activate
Activate under active muscle
#6 Movement Prep
Reinforce joint by joint mobility and stability with body weight multi planar movements. Connecting multi joint and multi muscle movements with the neurological system
#7 Fire up CNS output
Add locomotion and power work to develop fast twitch capabilities. Twitchiness and reactivity of muscles are #1 priority
