Wellhead 6 monthly Inspection

Items to be inspected

• Pressure safety Valve ‐ Check the seat and disc on the valve

• Coalescing filter ‐ Visual check for paint defect

• Manual Valves ‐ Visual check for paint defect

• Flow meter ‐ Check the gland connection to the flow meter

• Open‐close stroke the valve to ensure full operation

• Lubricate all existing grease fitting on actuator
