Maintenance inspections can identify minor issues before they turn into costly repairs. Inspections ensure machines are working correctly and helps prevent equipment downtime.

    Machine Observation

    Inspect unit for leaks

    • Pass
    • Flag
    • Fail

    Remove expansion joint at inlet side and remove any plastic build up on impeller. Reinstall expansion joint and ensure bolts are tight and no leaks are present

    • Pass

    Remove valves down stream from pump and clean out valves that have become clogged.

    • Pass

    • Fail

    Remove all locks and restart pump.

    • Pass
    • Flag
    • Fail

    Ensure pump pressure is between 85-130 PSI

    Grease both zerk fittings and motor of recir. pump
