Building inspections help ensure that a building is constructed safely, efficiently, and in compliance with applicable laws and regulations. Regular inspections ensure that the property adheres to safety regulations, reducing the risk of accidents and legal problems in the future.

    Building Exterior

    Inspect exterior walls, roof, windows, and doors for signs of damage, leaks, or deterioration. Check for cracks, gaps, or holes that may need sealing or patching to prevent water intrusion. Evaluate the condition of paint or siding and schedule touch-ups or repairs as needed for protection and aesthetics
