Building Exterior
Inspect exterior walls, roof, windows, and doors for signs of damage, leaks, or deterioration. Check for cracks, gaps, or holes that may need sealing or patching to prevent water intrusion. Evaluate the condition of paint or siding and schedule touch-ups or repairs as needed for protection and aesthetics

Inspect walls, floors, ceilings, and partitions for signs of damage, wear, or moisture intrusion. Check doors, windows, and hardware for proper operation, security, and weatherproofing. Evaluate the condition of paint, wallpaper, or other finishes and schedule touch-ups or repairs as needed for aesthetics and protection.

Inspect HVAC units, including air handlers, condensers, and ductwork, for signs of wear, damage, or malfunction. Check air filters, thermostats, and controls for cleanliness, proper operation, and calibration. Evaluate energy efficiency and comfort levels and schedule preventive maintenance or repairs as needed.

Inspect pictures, artwork, or decorations for damage or disrepair.

Test smoke detectors, carbon monoxide detectors, and fire alarms for proper operation and battery life. Check emergency lighting and exit signs for visibility and functionality. Evaluate the condition of locks, deadbolts, and security systems for proper operation and security.
