Follow the procedures below for the weekly inspection of your equipment to ensure proper working condition and help prolong its life span.
Lock Out Tag Out
Perform LOTO as necessary
Inspect overall machine for integrity. ensure all cable connections are tight.
Inspect Heater Bar and Sealer Bar for build up, check teflon for burn spots
Rotate Heater Bar Teflon sheet if necessary if no longer rotates replace. if teflon tape is burnt, replace.
Clean Funnel and seal area
Inspect bag out sensor for cleanliness
Inspect all rollers for cleanliness and for noise level.
use scotch brite pad to clean aluminum rollers as necessary.
Clean guide rollers as necessary
