1000 HOUR MAINTENANCE ITEMS (Perform with 500 Hour list for 1000 Hour interval)
2000 HOUR MAINTENANCE ITEMS (Perform with 500 & 1000 Hour lists for 2000 Hour interval)
5000 HOUR MAINTENANCE ITEMS (Perform with 500/1000/2000 Hour lists for 5000 Hour interval)

Stick: Damage, Cracks, Missing Lights, Plumbing Clamps, Leaks
Boom/Cylinders: Wear, Damage, Leaks, Lights
Underneath Excavator Upper: Leaks, Missing Panels or Guards, Damage, Loose/Missing Bolts
Carbody: Cracks, Damage, Broken Welds
Undercarriage: Track Tension, Excessive Wear, Damage, Missing Shoes, Missing Nuts/Bolts, Missing Rollers, Final Drive Leaks
Steps & Handholds: Condition, Damage, Cleanliness
Battery Compartment: Loose/Missing Nuts or Bolts, Loose Clamps, Wiring Condition, Battery Damage, Cleanliness
Air Filter: Restriction Indicator Function, Loose/Missing Clamps, Damage to Housing or Plumbing, Filters Clean & Installed Properly
Windows and Mirrors: Broken Glass, Damage, Cleanliness
Windshield Wipers & Washers: Wear, Damage, Fluid Level
Engine Coolant: Fluid Level, Fluid Condition, Damage, Leaks, Missing Caps
Radiator & Oil Coolers: Fin Blockage, Debris, Leaks, Missing Caps, Damage
Hydraulic Oil Tank: Fluid Level, Leaks, Damage, Missing Caps, Cleanliness
Fuel Tank: Fuel Level, Missing Caps, Leaks, Damage, Cleanliness
