1. Complete lock-out / tag-out 2.Use proper PPE 3.Reinstall all safety guards 4.Ensure all safeties are working correctly 5.Check to ensure there is no broken glass or brittle plastic 6.Ensure all tools are accounted for and put in proper place 7.Remove all broken glass and/or plastic and replace 8.All items that are glass must be protected by a coating or covering to ensure glass cannot contaminate product 9.Following maintenance repairs, clean and sanitized equipment prior to start up.
