• Inspect the exterior of the windows and condition of the screens (if applicable). Wash them.

• Take care of our greenery outside (remove debris, plant grass seed where needed, trim shrubs and bushes, etc.)

• Check the property for standing water, leakage from gutters and roofs, cracks in the foundation, water spots in the ceiling, and eroded landscaping areas that need to be regraded.

• Check for cracks around doors and windows, chipped paint, siding or masonry destruction, and hanging gutters.

• Spray the perimeter of the property to keep out ants, roaches, and other insects.

• Summerize the snowblower (if present at this location). Drain the gas and run the machine until it uses up the gas in the carburetor. Inspect machine for any wear or damage. Adjust the shoes and get it ready for next winter.

• Inspect the AC unit. Make sure it is free of debris and clutter around it. Remove cover if present. Inspect all wiring, connections, and hoses for any damage or wear that may have occurred.

• Apply weed and feed to the lawns, and make accessible any mowers/weed eaters/ blowers that are on site for the season.

• Turn on any exterior hosebibs and irrigation. Inspect to ensure they are in good working condition. Inspect any hoses on site for damage, check the seals in both hoses and nozzles. Replace as necessary.

• Inspect all decks, porches, and stairways. Make sure the materials are in good condition and the structures are stable. Replace or tighten any screws that are necessary. Make sure these are free of debris and clutter.

• Inspect all handrails to ensure they are snug and in good condition.

• Visually inspect the finish (paint, stain, etc.) for signs of heavy wear on all deck or stair surfaces.

• Wash down exterior of building with low pressure sprayer as well as patios, decks, and stairs.

• Perform a well done exterior site spring cleanup.
