Preventive Maintenance Schedule:

O— Check, revise, adjust

X— Replace

Note:

(1) If the working place has much duty or other pollutions, the times of maintenance should be increased.

(2) If the parts are abnormal such as engine power descends, emit black smoke or noise increase before the replacing time is coming, it should be check. Sometime it needs to adjust diesel nozzle pressure and fuel atomization.

Note:

The fork lift truck needs inspection and maintenance termly, make it in good working condition.
Inspection and maintenance are usually ignored; you must find the problems and solve it in time.
Use the orthodoxy spare part of HANGZHOU fork lift truck general plant.
Don’t use different oil when changing or adding oil.
Don’t throw away the waste oil or electrolyte liquid as you wish. Should deal with it depend on the local environmental protection laws and regulations require.

Checking Item: Engine

Tools: clearance gauge

Service required

O -Check the valve clearance is correct

O -Fan belt tension check

O -Retighten cylinder head bolt

O -Clean the outface of radiator(1)

X -Replace the oil cleaner (diesel engine) (1)

O- Replace the air cleaner element (diesel engine)

O- Drain the water of oily water separator (diesel engine)

O- Clean or replace the filter element of air cleaner

Tool: Tachometer

O- Idling of engine

O- Ignition timing (gasoline engine )

O- Spark plug(gasoline engine)

O- Check distributor point、cover and rotor (gasoline engine)(1)

O- Battery electrolyte check

Service Required:

Checking Item: Clutch

O -Check clutch pedal for free travel and clearance between pedal surface and floor when clutch is unlocked

Mechanical Transmission

O- Check oil level, and replace it if needs

Torque Converter Transmission

X -Torque Clean oil filter element ○ ○ Converter Transmission

Driving Axle (front axle)

O -Check different oil, and replace if needed

O -Check connection and retighten moment

Brake and inching system

O -Check and adjust brake pedal for free travel and clearance

O -Check for proper brake operation

O -Check and inching brake pedal for free travel and clearance

Hydraulic system

O -Proper work of the hydraulic oil pump

O -Proper work of control valve

O -Check for oil leaks, looseness, collapse, deformation and damage

Lifting System

○ — Check, revise, adjust

Check chain for tension

Lubrication of chains

Check chain and bearing for damage or deformation

Check lifting cylinders for proper operation and connection

Check tilting cylinders for proper operation and connection

Check for forks and stopper pins for damage or wear

Check fork base and hook welding for defective cracks or wear
