HOURS:

A Service - 500Hr

• Change engine oil and filter (220D-3)

• Change fuel filters (220D-5)

• Inspect Primary and Secondary Engine Air Filters (Replace based upon inspection) (220B-5)

• Lubricate front suspension and rear/front hitch (220E-1)

• Inspect coolant level and condition (220B-1)

• Machine foam and wash

• Cab clean

• Windshield washer fluid level (220B-1)

B Service - 1000Hr

• Clean MFWD axle vent filter (220A-4)

• Inspect cab air and recirculation filters (Change based on condition) (220D-7)

• Check batteries and clean terminals

• Clean dual beam radar sensor (220A-3)

C Service - 1500Hr

• Change Transmission Oil and Filter (220D-9)

• Change MFWD wheel hub oil (220D-11)

• Change MFWD axle housing oil (220D-12)

• Change crankcase ventilation filter (220D-13)

• Change/Clean fuel tank vent filter based on condition (220D-14)

D Service - 3000Hr

• Check engine valve clearance (Dealer)

E Service - 6000Hr

• Change engine coolant (220D-19)
