Scissors Lift Safety Inspection Procedure

This procedure includes noting any defects as well as how to maintain the scissor lift. This procedure can help reduce repair costs and also improve the quality of your machines.

    Lock Out Tag Out

    LOTO Performed

    Check All Safety Inspection Items

    The Scissor Lift will be taken out of service if any mechanical or structural item on the checklist is found to be unacceptable. Once corrected, the Scissor Lift can be operated.
