Check belts per tension value chart attached

Electrical

Check that all motors are free of damage. Base isn't cracked. Motor junction box secured.
Check for proper alignment of Motor.
Check all mounting bolts for motors. Make sure they are tight.
Check all connections to motor. Make sure they are tight.
Check all wiring to motors are free of damage.
Check all buttons and control switches for damage and proper function.
Check and make sure all indicator lights are functional.
Check all proximity switches and limit switches for damage and wear.
Check that all electrical doors are closed and secured.
Make sure all hydraulic valve solenoid caps are free of damage and securely tightened.
Check all terminations in Control panel. Make sure they are all tight.
Check all terminations for discoloration due to overheating.

Follow up after PM is complete

Make sure all breakers are turned back on.
Make sure all doors are shut and secured.
Make sure all tools are removed from area.
Make sure all trash is picked up and disposed of properly.
Make sure all parts used is documented on this PM.
Make sure all items that can't be fixed has a work order in the system.
Let supervisor/operator of area know that you have completed this PM.

Mechanical

Make sure all bolts and nuts are tight.

Remove drive belt cover and check tension on belts.

Check for wear on belts.

Check all bearings for wear.

Check all feed throat guarding.

Check that all guarding is in place around blower pipe.

Check all cylinders for air leaks and damage.

Open motor side inspection door and inspect impeller and add picture to show wear.

Check all blower piping for damage and wear. Document damage.

Check all solenoid valves for wear.

Check that all gauges are in place and operational.

Check for any hydraulic leaks.

Check blower for any damage and wear.

Make sure all guarding is free of damage.

Check all hydraulic lines for wear and damage.

Check hydraulic fluid level. Add and document if needed.

Check all hydraulic lines for leaks.

Check blades for wear. Replace if necessary.
