Change transmission/hydraulic oil

• Lower all implements to the ground

• Remove drain plug (C) and drain oil into a suitable container

• Replace hydraulic oil filter while changing oil

• Clean suction screen while oil is drained in following step

• Fill machine with hydraulic oil once suction screen is complete

Clean transmission-hydraulic suction screen

• Drain transmission oil

• Remove two cap screws (A) and remove screen cover (B)

• Remove screen from bore and clean, replace if there is any damage evident

• Install screen and fill machine with hydraulic oil

Replace transmission/hydraulic oil filter

• Remove transmission/hydraulic oil filter

• Coat new filter seal with oil and hand tighten +1/2 turn

• Run engine and check oil level, top off as required

Check front axle pivot pin

• Lift machine and inspect wear at pivot pin bushing

Replace air cleaner elements

• Remove air filter cover

• Remove primary and secondary elements

• Clean out any dirt or debris

• Install new filter elements and reassemble

Check coolant level

• Check coolant level in recovery tank. Level should be at the cold mark

• Add coolant as necessary

Check transmission oil level

• Check oil level at sight glass, oil level should be full in mark (B) as shown

• Add Hy-Gard as necessary

Change engine oil and filter

• Remove oil drain plug and allow to drain into a suitable container

• R&R engine oil filter. Lube filter seal and tighten by hand +1/2 turn

• Install drain plug

• Fill crankcase with 15W-40

• Run machine and recheck oil level on dipstick

Replace fuel filters

• R&R fuel filters

• Perform fuel bleeding procedure

Inspect and adjust alternator/fan belt tension

Check and adjust clutch pedal freeplay. Measure clutch pedal freeplay to the top of pedal stroke, specification is 3/4"-1"

Clutch freeplay adjustment

• Loosen lock nut (B)

• Remove cotter pin (C), washer (D), and retaining pin (E), and return spring (F).

• Rotate clevis and replace pin

• Recheck freeplay and repeat process until adjustment is within tolerances

• Tighten locknut when finished

Check and adjust brake pedal freeplay. Measure brake pedal freeplay to the top of pedal stroke, specification is 1 3/8"-1 3/4"

• Loosen jam nut (C)

• Remove clip pin (B) from yoke (E) at either end of linkage

• Turn arm (D) until freeplay is to specification

• Tighten jam nut

• install clip pin
