Zebra Invoice/Panda Printer and Applicator PM Procedure

Be Sure to Follow Proper LOTO Procedures, and Always Use Proper PPE.

    Safety Procedures

    Cleaning Procedures

    Clean tamp pad.

    Visual Inspections

    Check that air regulator is set at proper PSI ( Range 65-85psi, 75-80psi is ideal )

    Check that brake is in good shape and functioning properly.

    Check rewind belt for damage, or stretch. ( Located behind rewind roller plate )

    Final Check

    Print test page that will allow you to check quality of print head. To do this when turning printer on hold feed button simultaneously, continue holding feed button until printer prints a test sheet ( Do Not release feed button before test page prints or you will have to repeat this entire step ). Inspect test sheet and if test sheet has lines in it try to clean again and if still present replace print head. Attach test print to this step.
