Never cycle the machine without a mold in place to avoid damage. Dry-cycle the machine initially to become familiar with controls before loading the material.

    Machine Setup

Connect an air compressor (minimum ¾ HP, 5-gallon capacity) to the air inlet at the rear of the machine.

Turn on the heater and set the temperature as recommended by the plastic material manufacturer.

Place the mold in the clamp area, ensuring the sprue aligns with the injection nozzle. Adjust the mold clamp by loosening the set screw on the right side of the clamp block. Turn the clamp cylinder to adjust the distance to 1/8 inch between the mold and the clamp pad. Tighten the screw.

    Pressure Settings

Set the main air pressure to 100 PSI using the air regulator at the rear of the machine.

Adjust clamping pressure via the regulator on the front panel to 100 PSI.

Adjust injection pressure to 60 PSI.

    Injection Molding Operation

Fill the injection chamber with plastic up to ¼ inch below the chamber’s mouth.

Allow the machine to heat the plastic to the set temperature and stabilize for approximately 10 minutes.

Set the injection time to 2 seconds on the control panel. Set the clamping time to 2 seconds.

Adjust the mold ejection speed by turning the control knob. Turn clockwise to increase speed and counterclockwise to decrease it.

Ensure the mold is in place and press the two green buttons simultaneously to initiate the clamping, injection, and ejection sequence.

    Post Operation

After each cycle, refill the injection chamber to ¼ inch from the top.

Remove the molded part from the mold and place the mold back into the machine.

Re-adjust the temperature or pressure as needed based on production requirements.

Turn off the heater. Disconnect the air supply. Turn off the machine and unplug it from the power outlet. Clean the machine as per maintenance guidelines.
