Gym Floor

• Weight machines disinfected and wiped down

• Cardio Equipment disinfected and wiped down

• Free Weights cleaned

• Free Weights returned to appropriate storage location

• Exercise Mats wiped down

• Cleaning Supplies Available for Machine Wipe down

• Paper towel dispensers re-filled

• Trash emptied

• Trash bags replaced

Restrooms:

• Toilet bowls/urinals disinfected using toilet brush

• Outsite/base of toilet disinfected

• Stall doors cleaned on inside & outside

• Water basin (including base under sink) cleaned

• Mirrors cleaned

• Trash emptied (including sanitary napkin bins)

• Trash bags replaced

• Rugs shaken and cleaned

• Tile floors mopped

• Paper towel dispensers re-filled

• Toilet paper replaced and restocked

Water Fountains:

• Fountains cleaned and disinfected

• Walls around fountains cleaned

Windows/Glass Area

• Front door inside and outside (including metal frames) cleaned

• Blinds (and back of blinds) cleaned

• Ledges under the blinds cleaned

• Vending machines cleaned

• Televisions cleaned

• Inside of windows upstairs cleaned

• Trophy case cleaned

• Mirrors Cleaned

Dusting:

• TV stands

• Tables

• Racks and shelves

• Picture frames

• Items on walls

• Offices

Disinfecting:

• Working counter (desk) in all offices

• Safety signs in the building

• Bleachers

• Tile floors

• Stair banisters and railings

• Chairs in offices

Floors:

• Waiting room

• Main lobby

• Offices

• Stairs

• Viewing area

• Entrance rugs

Miscellaneous:

• Clothes emptied

• Rooms organized

• Pictures straighened

• Chairs straightened and organized

• Trash cans emptied

• Outlets have safety plugs

• Utility room organized
