TUESDAY Cleaning Tasks

General daily tasks

• Check whiteboard in office for handover jobs

• During the day all internal bins to be emptied into external bins

• During the day cut wood waste into small pieces and shred as much as possible on automatic

• Empty wood waste bins into shredder

Clean Metal Workspaces ready for next customer

• Ensure workbenches are clean and in good condition

• Ensure all debris is removed

• Ensure nothing is attached into walls (remove)

• Ensure floor is cleaned and mopped

• Ensure dividers are in correct position

Clean Metal Machine and Engineering area

• Ensure no trollies etc are left in the machine area

• Ensure all swarf is removed from machines that produce swarf (chop saw, h band saw, pillar drill, lathe, mill, haas)

• Ensure machine area has NO metal offcuts or stacked metal (move to metal recycling bin/skip)

• Ensure floor is swept and degreased, (lift mats, sweep then mop)

Clean all Walkways

• Ensure all walkways are free from obstructions (remove, recycle or ask owner to move)

• Ensure all walkways are swept then mopped
